The first gasoline-powered automobile was born about 130 years ago in Germany.
At that time, automobiles were open-bodied with no windows or glass.

AGC's laminated glass ”Lamisafe®” satisfies these requirements.
By sandwiching a special film called an interlayer between two sheets of glass, the glass is resistant to shards flying off in the event of breakage, and is also resistant to penetration by objects impacting it from the front, such as flying rocks or collisions.
