AGC provides a wide range of materials and components used in various semiconductor manufacturing processes. At this exhibition, we will showcase post-CMP cleaners, heat transfer fluid, ion exchange membranes and resins for chip fabrication processes, as well as silica fillers and films used in advanced packaging.

In addition, AGC will highlight its commitment to fluorinated material recycling, in line with AGC Chemicals’ Vision of “Chemistry for a Blue Planet,” aiming to contribute to an environmentally friendly and sustainable recycling-oriented society.
