AGC (Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.) is selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) that is one of the major indexes for Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) for the forth consecutive year.

DJSI was the SRI index created jointly by S&P Dow Jones Indices in United States and RobecoSAM in Switzerland. Forementioned organization analyzes the world's largest 2,500 companies on its corporate economic, environmental and social performance thoroughly once a year and the top 10% of the sustainability leaders in each DJSI sector are selected for the DJSI World. In September 2014, 319 companies including 21 Japanese companies are selected for the DJSI World and AGC is also selected continuously as the sustainability company.
