AGC Techno Glass
AGC Technoglass’ predecessor, Iwaki Glass, was founded in 1883 as Japan’s first private plant for Western-style glass manufacturing. After a subsequent merger with Toshiba Glass, Asahi Technoglass was established in 1999, and the company name was changed to its current form in 2007. Based on the specialized glass technologies it has cultivated over many years, AGC Technoglass manufactures and develops a range of products, including optical components, cell culture products, and components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
