Established in 1959 on the coastal industrial park in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, overlooking Tokyo Bay, the Chiba Plant manufactures chemical products using natural gas generated from its own Oami Shirasato Mine and such imported industrial materials as raw salt or fluorite.

As a company dealing with a wide range of chemical products, we consider harmony with the environment to be a fundamental premise of our business, and we consider environmental protection at every stage of our operations, from product development to disposal, and strive to continuously reduce our environmental impact and prevent pollution.
