AGC Display Glass Yonezawa began manufacturing and processing glass substrates for flat panel displays in 1992 in Yonezawa, known as the "Castle City of Uesugi". Since 2012, the company has been producing and processing cover glass for automotive displays, and was the first in Japan to enable the mass production and processing of glass displays.
In January 2025, we began mass production of glass as a carrier substrate in the packaging process of semiconductor. Under the motto "The basis of production begins with human resource development" and based on the spirit of "Where there is a will, there is a way," inspired by Lord Uesugi Yozan, a feudal lord of Yonezawa, all employees work as "One Team" and are committed to integrated production.
